A retired Welsh rugby union player will be sharing insights from his career when he visits Abingdon this summer.

Former Wales international Shane Williams will be at the Amey Theatre, Abingdon School, on June 19.

The event, part of a series of rugby evenings delivered by Aitch and Aitch Bee, is a chance for fans to engage with one of rugby union's greatest wingers.

Having made 87 appearances for Wales, plus four for the Lions, Williams is Wales' all-time record try scorer and is ranked fourth globally.

His celebrated career earned him the title of World Player of the Year in 2008.

Post-retirement, he has become a pundit, businessman, and Iron Man athlete.

Fans will have the opportunity to hear first-hand about Williams' experiences in rugby.

The evening will also include a Q&A session where the audience can directly engage with Williams.

Tickets for the event are available for £20 along with booking fees.

For a more exclusive experience, limited VIP tickets are also available at £40 plus booking fees.

These will include a "Meet & Greet" with Williams, a photo opportunity, one signature, and prime seating in the front two rows of the theatre.

The event has been organised by Aitch and Aitch Bee, with tickets available from their website.
