A REQUEST for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in relation to a proposal for 150 new homes in Oxfordshire has been made.
Elivia Homes has requested the EIA be made to South Oxfordshire District Council, the planning authority, in relation to an outline planning application made by Croudace Homes for 150 dwellings, including affordable housing, public open space, landscaping, and more on the land west of Braze Lane.

Outline planning permission is an initial form of permission to get feedback as regards of the scale and nature of the development.
An EIA is the assessment of the environmental consequences of a plan, policy, program, or actual projects prior to the decision to move forward with the proposed action.
The district council will make a final decision on the EIA by Friday, December 23.
