Re-submit idea
8:14am Thursday 24th April 2008
With regard to the story, 'Dream' clock snub upsets Rotary Club, (Didcot Herald, April 17), I was told, as indeed your report also says, that the planners were concerned about vandalism.

'Surprised'
12:16pm Tuesday 22nd April 2008
I was somewhat surprised you published a misleading letter attacking the Conservative-controlled town council on the morning of a by-election in the Park Ward of Didcot.

Disappointed
12:13pm Tuesday 22nd April 2008

Green gym
8:47am Thursday 17th April 2008
Gratifying though it is to see one's work described as "intense" (Wallingford Herald, April 10, 'Woodland Hope'), I feel I should disabuse readers about the extent of Wallingford Green Gym's involvement at Oakley Little Wood.

Credit due
8:46am Thursday 17th April 2008
I do get irritated by the one-size-fits-all' mentality of so many of today's amateur management consultants who always see simple solutions to other people's problems.

Exposed
8:45am Thursday 17th April 2008
The true colours of the new Didcot Town Council administration were exposed last week at the annual town meeting.
