POLICE stepped in to tow away a fast food van which was becoming a magnet for vandalism.
It is not known exactly how long the van had been abandoned in Ferry Hinksey Road, but officers had the damaged vehicle removed.
Thames Valley Police spokesman Toby Shergold said: "We were concerned about it being a target for antisocial behaviour and it was raising health and safety issues, so we had it removed. We have tried to find the owners - but have so far had no luck."
Anyone with information should call Oxford police on 08458 505505.
Whovever abandoned this van is bound to face a grilling when caught by the Police.
